Windstone Farm Pesto Tasting
Terry from Windstone Farm will be here sampling out some of their pestos. Windstone Farm of Williston, Vermont grows certified organic culinary herbs including basil, cilantro, chives, lavender, lovage, tarragon, sorrel, thyme, and sage to name a few. Terry supplies our produce department with many of our fresh herbs. They also grow flowers and members of the allium family such as garlic, leeks, shallots, scallions and onions. They have seven different varieties of pesto: Sweet, Thai, Purple, Lemon, Pistou, Cilantro, and Garlic Scape. See which flavor you like best!
